Can I close my account for a while?

In Profile - Limits, you can set a 24-hour cooling-off period during which you can log in to your account, withdraw funds, and complete verification. Placing bets and making deposits are unavailable.

After a 24-hour cooling off period, you can set a self exclusion limit. You can't log in, make deposits, play, or receive promotional emails during self-exclusion. The self-exclusion restriction takes effect immediately.

Can I cancel the cooling off or self-exclusion limit?

You cannot cancel the Cooling off limit if you confirm it and need to wait 24 hours until the Cooling off period ends.

In case you settled the Self Exclusion limit and want to restore access, please send a request to the Support Team indicating the reason behind your decision to block the account and using your registered email. We need it to restore your account access.

What happens when the self-exclusion period ends?

Please note that after the Self Exclusion period you selected expires, your account will automatically be unblocked, and you will be able to continue playing.

The parties agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Curaçao, except for claims arising out of payment transactions which shall be submitted to the courts of Curaçao.
