What is a wager?

A wager is the total amount of money you need to bet before you can withdraw bonus funds. It is calculated as the bonus amount multiplied by the wagering requirement. All bonuses have their own wagering requirements. You can find all the details about wagering on our Bonus Terms Page.

I got my bonus, but the required bonus wager isn't decreasing. Why?

If you notice that your bonus wager is not progressing according to the amount of your bets, please note that only slot games contribute 100%, while all table games, video poker games, live games, and other game types contribute 20%. If your wager is not progressing at all, please contact Live Support.

What is Max Win?

Max Win is the maximum amount you can win from a bonus. Once you complete the bonus wagering, any winnings above the Max Win limit will be deducted as they are non-cashable. The amount you win from the bonus can be withdrawn or used for further gameplay as real funds.

Can I withdraw my bonus funds?

You must first meet the wagering requirements. Once the requirements are met, the remaining balance can be withdrawn or used as real funds for further play.

How long is my bonus valid?

Each bonus has an expiration period, which is mentioned in the bonus conditions. If you do not meet the wagering requirements within the given time, the bonus and any associated winnings will expire.

Can I cancel a bonus?

Yes, you can cancel an active bonus at any time by going to the My Bonuses section and selecting the cancel option. Keep in mind that cancelling a bonus will also remove any winnings associated with it.

Can I activate multiple bonuses at the same time?

No, only one bonus can be active at a time. Before claiming a new bonus, you must either complete the wagering requirements of the current bonus or cancel it. When a new bonus is activated, the previous bonus and any associated bonus balance will be voided.
